Roles open to international applicants
It would be nice to have an easy way to view any roles that might be open to international applicants for remote jobs. I am a Canadian who is looking for remote work, but most of these roles are only open to U.S. residents. If there are any that are open to international remote workers, that would be a nice feature to be able to filter or search for those roles specifically.

Provide Tag For Residency
It would be nice if companies had the opportunity to check off whether they require living in the states, Canada, etc. for employment. It would make remote jobs easier to navigate.
Hide profile from my employer
I am interested in your offering but I would be reluctant to create a profile as I currently work for a Christian employer that is listed on your site. Do you allow job seekers to flag that they want to remain hidden from their own employer in that edge case?
Add more IT skills for Profile
Hi, it seems you are missing some key technology functions in the Skills drop-down menu inside Profile section. There are many software development skills listed and available, but IT is more encompassing of many other areas. Skills I would recommend you add: Device Management (Apple) Device Management (Windows) Security Analyst (Windows) Security Analyst (Apple) Solution Architect Apple AI Solutions Virtualizations (Windows) Virtualizations (Linux/Apple) Service Desk Support Engineer (Windows) Support Engineer (Apple) Scripting (Windows) Scripting (Apple) Infrastructure Engineering Windows Hello for Business Apple Business Cryptography (PKI) Software Configuration (Windows) Software Configuration (Apple) Cloud Identity Providers (Entra/Google/Okta) I did keep certain skills separated between Apple and Windows given it is extremely rare for an individual to have competencies in both platforms.

Deeper than job posts
Have you thought about going deeper than just job postings? For instance, being unemployed for months is emotionally and spiritually challenging. You have a biblical based platform started and adding on a community based support system would help applicants/hunters deeply. I'm not seeing these options for skills
I’d love to see more lifecycle marketing skills added to the site. Right now, skills like CRM, Email Marketing, and Analytics cover parts of this work, but they don’t fully represent people who build and manage automated customer journeys. Here are 10 skills I’d recommend adding: Lifecycle Marketing Lifecycle Automation Customer Journey Orchestration Cross-Channel Messaging Audience Segmentation Behavioral Triggering Personalization Campaign QA and Journey Testing Lifecycle Analytics and Optimization A/B Testing and Experimentation I also noticed that “Automation Testing” is available, but that term usually refers to software and QA testing. “Campaign QA and Journey Testing” would be more accurate for professionals testing automated email, SMS, push, and in-app journeys. Adding these options would make it easier for lifecycle, CRM, and marketing automation professionals to describe their experience—and help employers find candidates with those specific skills.
Company search bar
As a user visiting the company url, I wanted to search for a company by typing it into a search bar. To find the company that I wanted to see if a job was there, I needed to filter A-Z, and then click down to the page I thought it might be on. Nothing huge, just a little friction.
Filter talent by time commitment level
Hi! Great site. Can it filter by candidates’ preferred time commitment, such as part-time or full-time. It would also be helpful to filter by preference for contract/W2 work. Thanks!

Personal Profile Links
It could be an issue on my end, but I cannot post my LinkedIn Profile URL. I have copied and pasted my exact public profile and URL, but the site gives an error saying it must be a URL. However, when I paste it into the browser it takes me directly to my profile. I’m not sure on the issue here.

Filter Feature
It would be really helpful if there was a company filter as well as fitler by location (i.e. within a distance from zip code).
Idea 3: Be able to remove closed job postings from search
Absolutely a need to have closed/expired job postings from search results. They unnecessarily clutter and obstruct job searches.
Report closed jobs
It would be great to have a button to report closed jobs, not just dead links.
Error when creating profile
edit-profile-4f5fcdf860e2cc44.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'talentProfileFormData' exceeded the quota. at edit-profile-4f5fcdf860e2cc44.js:1:16967 at edit-profile-4f5fcdf860e2cc44.js:1:17067 Happened after refreshing the page by mistake while entering form info. Error first displayed when adding bold text to the bio field. I’ve filled it out twice now but the save button does not work. Even tried reducing the length of the bio and experience entries but the values still exceed the quota.

Store and allow filtering by job type.
Almost all of the listings my query yields are closed.
There doesn’t seem to be a filter for “Show me only open jobs”.
So many obsolete postings & inadequate search
I am finding so many obsolete job postings on this site. Ones where, after reading the posting, I’m interested in applying, only to click the link to apply, and find there are no available jobs on the company website. Surely the same tech that is used to collect all these job listings on christiantechjobs could also be utilized to ensure filled postings are removed or marked accordingly? Second suggestion: Being able to full-text search listings, rather than needing to select pre-defined keywords which may have little applicability to the specific job niche you’d like to explore. What if you want to do something with Christian genealogy, say for helping people remember their loved ones who have passed on? But you can’t search for the word genealogy. And so forth…
Login Link Not Working
In trying to sign up for an account to post a job, when I click the “Confirm your signup with Christian Tech Jobs” link in the email I’m sent, I get taken to the “logging you in…” page, but it sits there forever with no activity. Filtered Job Notification
It would be helpful if we could receive notifications for jobs based on an applied filter, not just a weekly newsletter. When searching, I want to be able to apply keyword searches with multiple words where I can determine if I want them searched as AND/OR. If I select AND, it will search for job descriptions with all the keywords selected combined. If I select OR, it will search for jobs with any single one of the keywords listed in the job description.
