Filtered Job Notification

It would be helpful if we could receive notifications for jobs based on an applied filter, not just a weekly newsletter.

When searching, I want to be able to apply keyword searches with multiple words where I can determine if I want them searched as AND/OR. If I select AND, it will search for job descriptions with all the keywords selected combined. If I select OR, it will search for jobs with any single one of the keywords listed in the job description.
