I'm not seeing these options for skills

I’d love to see more lifecycle marketing skills added to the site. Right now, skills like CRM, Email Marketing, and Analytics cover parts of this work, but they don’t fully represent people who build and manage automated customer journeys.

Here are 10 skills I’d recommend adding:

1. Lifecycle Marketing

2. Lifecycle Automation

3. Customer Journey Orchestration

4. Cross-Channel Messaging

5. Audience Segmentation

6. Behavioral Triggering

7. Personalization

8. Campaign QA and Journey Testing

9. Lifecycle Analytics and Optimization

10. A/B Testing and Experimentation

I also noticed that “Automation Testing” is available, but that term usually refers to software and QA testing. “Campaign QA and Journey Testing” would be more accurate for professionals testing automated email, SMS, push, and in-app journeys.

Adding these options would make it easier for lifecycle, CRM, and marketing automation professionals to describe their experience—and help employers find candidates with those specific skills.
