So many obsolete postings & inadequate search

I am finding so many obsolete job postings on this site. Ones where, after reading the posting, I’m interested in applying, only to click the link to apply, and find there are no available jobs on the company website. Surely the same tech that is used to collect all these job listings on christiantechjobs could also be utilized to ensure filled postings are removed or marked accordingly?

Second suggestion: Being able to full-text search listings, rather than needing to select pre-defined keywords which may have little applicability to the specific job niche you’d like to explore. What if you want to do something with Christian genealogy, say for helping people remember their loved ones who have passed on? But you can’t search for the word genealogy. And so forth…
