Supabase SSO

I was trying to report a post that was no longer available on the employer’s website (the job had expired on the employer’s side but was still listed on christiantechjobs.io), and it asked me to sign in. I selected the Google SSO option and was presented with this page. I’m not super familiar with supabase but wanted to give you a heads up since it reduces site-credibility from the user side. Love the site! Not trying to nit-pick…sincerely trying to help. If this is normal and I’ve somehow never seen it before, please disregard the bug report.

Apply For Job links is navigating to posting a Job page.

Remote jobs not showing when logged in.

if I look at the remote jobs page (https://www.christiantechjobs.io/christian-remote-jobs) when not logged in, it says …. “29 jobs found, upgrade to see an additional 116 jobs”. After I sign in, the same page says “0 active jobs listed”. Any chance the page can be fixed to show all possible jobs while signed in? Thanks.

Roles open to international applicants

It would be nice to have an easy way to view any roles that might be open to international applicants for remote jobs. I am a Canadian who is looking for remote work, but most of these roles are only open to U.S. residents. If there are any that are open to international remote workers, that would be a nice feature to be able to filter or search for those roles specifically.

Cannot change location/change user name/edit profile.

Hi. I cannot add/change information/location to my profile because I have "wrong" user name. And I cannot change a user name because it was set a long time ago, before the new rule. How can I change my location to the UK now? Because of this error, it doesn’t let me do this.

Unable to login

I came to CTJ today to see what positions are available and I’m stuck in a loop. After entering my email, I select “Send Magic Link,” it sends me an email with a link, I tap the link and nothing happens on mobile or desktop. I’ve tried both safari and Chrome. Even tried the ol’ clear my cache trick.

Error when creating profile

Error first displayed when adding bold text to the bio field. I’ve filled it out twice now but the save button does not work. Even tried reducing the length of the bio and experience entries but the values still exceed the quota.

There doesn’t seem to be a filter for “Show me only open jobs”.

Be able to filter junior/senior

It would be great to have a filter to only show junior or entry level jobs for example. Since I’m fresh out of school the majority of the senior level jobs can be distracting.

Idea 3: Be able to remove closed job postings from search

Absolutely a need to have closed/expired job postings from search results. They unnecessarily clutter and obstruct job searches.

So many obsolete postings & inadequate search

I am finding so many obsolete job postings on this site. Ones where, after reading the posting, I’m interested in applying, only to click the link to apply, and find there are no available jobs on the company website. Surely the same tech that is used to collect all these job listings on christiantechjobs could also be utilized to ensure filled postings are removed or marked accordingly? Second suggestion: Being able to full-text search listings, rather than needing to select pre-defined keywords which may have little applicability to the specific job niche you’d like to explore. What if you want to do something with Christian genealogy, say for helping people remember their loved ones who have passed on? But you can’t search for the word genealogy. And so forth…
