Cannot change location/change user name/edit profile.

Hi.

I cannot add/change information/location to my profile because I have "wrong" user name.

And I cannot change a user name because it was set a long time ago, before the new rule.
How can I change my location to the UK now? Because of this error, it doesn’t let me do this.
